Questions

I have put together a list of common questions and answers to help you decide whether the plans are right for you

What if I am unable to do certain exercises. Can I do this plan?

Yes the exercises can be tailored to your needs. We also offer a video for simplified versions of some of the exercises.

Will I receive support on the plan?

Yes, you will receive support every step of the way both from Fitness with MTB and the closed support group set up on Facebook for all clients signed up to plans.

Do I need any gym equipment?

The workouts can be completed from the comfort of your own home. Equipment will only be required for stages 2&3 of the 12 week Plan and the 9 week plan where we introduce weighted exercises, so a set of dumbbells or Barbell is required. Or you could improvise with tins from your cupboard.

Do I have to submit photos?

Photos are required at the start and end of every stage. This can be in gym wear and is an excellent way of gauging just how far you have come on your fitness journey.

I have an intolerance/food allergy, can I still do the plan?

Yes, the food ingredients provided are very flexible and the majority of foods can be substituted for alternatives. Please just ask the team or support group for recipe ideas.
